The regional exchange event of China’s International High Quality Agri-trade Base was held in Anqiu,Weifang, Shandong on Sept. 5-6,2022, which was undertaken by Agricultural Trade Promotion Center(ATPC), attracting more than 70 representatives from 6 provinces and autonomous regions of Shandong, Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Henan and Hubei. Experts from fields such as FTA negotiation and research, international trademark registration, international certification and recognition, international publicity were invited to give training lectures. Ma Hongtao, Director-General of ATPC, attended the event and made a concluding speech. 

The event was comprised of enterprises’ experience-sharing, experts lecturing, on-site observation, group discussions among others. All participants spoke highly of this activity, "the event includes such a variety of activities, the experiences-sharing is very referable, and the on-site observation is very impressive". 

In the concluding remark, Director-General Ma Hongtao pointed out that, as the "bellwether" in the field of agricultural products export, the International High Quality Agri-trade Base must attach great importance to quality, standard, brand and communication for achieving sustainable development. She encouraged enterprises to make good use of the trade promotion platforms such as China International Fishery Expo, China International Food and Ingredients Expo to actively connect with the international market. Governments, research institutions, enterprises among others should work together to promote high-quality development of agricultural trade.
